Service Description

In this 75 minute session Jen will hold, listen to, and help nurture your pain and suffering. As someone who has traversed much pain and loss in her life, Jen is incredibly empathic, kind, and capable of witness deep grief, pain, and heartbreak. This session will flow with what is needed and desired, and may include: - breath work and grounding exercises - rage release / throat chakra activation - somatic embodiment - discussion and "advice" for your specific situation/need - lots of intuitive guidance and wisdom
